so I just joined track and lets just say I'm a little rusty I need to pick up my speed a just GET INTO SHAPE so if u have any tips tell me

Shuffle your legs. On a basketball court use the lines that make up the lane to shuffle back and forth. Also, make an extra lap a part of your workout. You may not feel tired, but your still putting in the distance.

If you have to walk somewhere i.e. school. RUN!!
