haha okay. well it turns out katie has strep, but she said the doctor was stupid and said she has mono, but then she went to another doctor that says she has a sinus infection, so her mom took her to one more doctor, and he finally said strep, and then got it approved by another doctor. lol. but she's had it for a week, so she'll only have it for a little while longer! yay!
p.s.....i know what a sinus infection is but what are the other ones!!

Strep is referring to a throat infection. Easily cured by antibiotics.
Mono is referring to mononucleosis, or "kissing disease." Its a viral infection that will resolve on its own. Main symptoms is being tired, sore throat, swollen lymph nodes in the neck. No medicine to cure mono; time and "mother's love" to recover from this one.
Sinus infection, well, you said you knew this one.
