I have a couch that I am using a furniture cover on, but it's made of Duck Cotton and it's a cat hair magnet. Are there any fabrics that are good at keeping cat hair off of them, or easy to remove the cat hair?

Use a cotton "blend" with a shiny surface. You can get the material in any craft store or department.

My wife and I have two cats, both with claws on all paws, and we have full leather furniture. The cats are 12 years old, and fairly mild, but they have not shredded them in yet! The furniture is about 2 years old, and we keep Purr Pads on the furniture when we are at work. The Purr Pads catch most of the hair and litter, but what falls between the cracks brushes right off the leather.
