Selena was a confident, bright and beautiful person. She was also born on April 16, 1971, which numerologically would have put her on a Life Path of 11, if you believe in life paths and us coming to earth to learn certain lessons. I was actually just in Horoscopes explaining the 11 Life Path because it is such an interesting one. It is considered a Master Number, and someone on an 11 Life Path would be extremely driven. Many prophets, religious leaders, historical figures and artists have the 11 in their charts. They usually have a major role to play in this life, and energy just seems to flow through them. They can be their own worst critics, though, feel highly self-conscious and almost alien in some ways, and must fight insecurity. But once they find that confidence in themselves and their special niche in life, they are magnificent to watch because the sky is the limit. I think Selena really exemplifies what a person on an 11 Life Path who is truly confident in themselves can do, and in such a short period of time. Selena was a remarkable young woman. She was beautiful, talented, caring, and moral. She cared for people and would go out of her way to help anyone. She accidently ran over a rabbit once and rushed it to the vet to save it. Once she was at a restuarant eating and she noticed an older lady eating by herself. Selena secretly paid for the lady's meal. She was also hilarious at times too. Once she took a bag of oreos and scrapped the cream center out and replaced it with mint flavored toothpaste as a joke to the next unsuspecting person to eat them--which happened to be her father. Everyone got a good laugh out of that. Selena also had a knack for fashion. She was designing the band's (Los Dinos) stage costumes back in the 80s. She continued with her designing and opened two boutiques. She took everything she did to the extreme and lived her life one day at a time. She was an amazing singer and an even greater person.

She was very forgiving and very caring, or she never would have given that horrible women Yolanda a second chance to explain. I love her music and my husband and I actually watched that movie last week. My heart still goes out to her and her family.
