Leave Ajax or Comet on it for awhile and then go back with a scrubber. Or try leaving the bleach there for awhile, it should work. I have the cheap countertops that anything that I leave on it can leave a stain...

Try a rust remover like rust out or yellow out just use plenty of ventilation as these things are strong. You can also try something like zud or soft scrub just work in a circular motion. It will come out. You didn't mention what material the bathroom counter is made of. If its marble be careful you cant use everything on marble it will strip the finish.

if it rust marks usually comet or soft scrub. But their is something called rust remover i not sure of the real name but you can usually find it in the cleaning aisle of the grocery store. If not go to like home depot and ask someone or just call and ask for someone that takes care of kitchen counter tops they would probably know just what to use. Good luck

Use a product called "Rustbuster." We use it at Yale University custodial department to take mineral and rust stains out of tile and carpet.
