shower hose leaking and kept it wet constantly. I think I fixed the shower hose but need suggestions on how to patch the tile as I can't have the bathroom done over right now.
What about concrete over the broken tiles? Tacky I know, but there seems like there is no base for the tile to adhere to as there is a shower pan underneath, any advice appreciated.

Take one of those broken pieces to a store like Lowes or Home Depot. Look for a color and texture match. For sure you wont find any one inch squares that will match, however any large tile will do because you can cut those little one inch squares so easily you will hardly believe it.

The Home Depot rents a diamond wheel cutter for tile. It rents by the day. You can take that large tile and in minutes cut yourself enough of those one inch patch tiles to replace those broken ones.

Once cut, glue them down using a caulk gun and tube of polyethylene adhesive, that is a permanent waterproof glue.

Then get a box of grout and regrout.

Go to a store that sells tile and get a small bag or two of tile grout and a can of sealer. A putty knife and a brush. Follow the direction on the package as far as mixing the grout with water then work it into the spaces around the tile and smooth out the surface using the putty knife. Use a damp cloth to clean off the tile. When it is dry paint it with the sealer.

if you had a leaky shower head leaking on them, it will turn out to be mold is the reason. all around where water got onto the tile, you probably have mold with it. i would wait till you have the money to re-do it and forget the patching.

Regrout the tile including the cracks and use a sealer.
