Hi, i'm in middle school and on friday we are having 70's day and i am not sure what to wear. i have been looking around websites but i need just an outfit i can put together for that day!

in the 70's we always wore bell bottomed pants. Hair long, straight, and parted down the middle. Halter tops, or the tops that are popular now with the baby doll look. Paisley prints and psychadelic prints.

Bell bottom pants and a tie die shirt, peace signs-- sandals and a headband with your hair parted down the center-- if you are going for 70's hippie look. If you are going for the disco 70's I would do the Bell bottoms and any shiny top-- with platform shoes (althogh those might be hard to come by) an Afro wig would be a nice 'accessory'. Any long flowing dress could work to-- bold patterns or colors.
Good will stores are a good source-- look online-- ebay-- to get ideas.

Go to a thrift store or ask your grandparents for something to borrow. Go for the famous fly collar jacket or button-down shirt, plus bellbottoms. If you can get your outfit in polyester, that's a big plus, but be sure you have a thin blouse in case you get too hot. Find a pair of platform shoes too. And get your hands on some large sunglasses with the ugly brown gradient tint. Speaking of blouses, try to find one that hangs kinda loose with sleeves that bell toward the wrist. I sure wish I could lend you stuff from my grandma's closet - she's got a TON. GROOVY!

You can try donning an afro wig... wear dresses (if you are a girl) that with bright colours, such as purple or orange. Or maybe you can get that 'peace' necklace and pendant to accessorize... maybe a scarf around your head like a bandanna.

a three to 5 tiered full skirt,Boho.that was the style and its back in style now.a tied died shirt.make sure the skirt is a solid color.leave your hair down.and a matching headband long scarf was the trend.man you will look groovy.Far out and ready to strut your stuff.Rock on with Aerosmith

Glitter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anything shiny. Try a big sweathshirt over leggings, too :)
