I currently have all the state quarters but they are looking a little less clean...so I was wondering what is a good mixture to make them a little more shiny?

Go to a coin dealer and get a coin cleaner. Anything else will scratch or damage them. No use making them look worse than they are. Try a soft cloth first and rub gently, that may just do the trick. Only do the above if you don't care about a coins value, for coins can only be cleaned by a pro who knows just how far he can go. I do clean ancients that I buy in bulk, but I am so careful.
