When I am sad, I usually write down what's bothering me...I always thought it was lame to keep a journal, but now I just spend a few minutes on my computer, and write everything wrong that happened that day or who was mean/annoying. Once I write it all down, I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It's even better when these things are written down because when I go back to read them, I see how I blew things out of proportion and/or allows me to see how I can make things better next time.

I listen to sad music, so I can cry to let it all out (as long as I'm alone) until bed time - I always feel better in the morning.

I'd pretty much watch my VHS tapes or play my video games.
I'd also go for a stroll in the woods or chat to friends you haven't seen for a while.
