Probably air conditioning condensate depending on what part of the country you live in and where it is dripping. If you drive short distances and it is near the tail pipe, it can be moisture in the exhaust that condensed because the pipes did not get hot enough.

Does your truck have air conditioning? Does it only happen when you run your A/C for a while? If so, it is the water condensation from your A/C.
