A financial savvy, or financial expert. Financial adviser sounds good also.

I see to it that my finances are spent wisely. You see, all of it are hard-earned money, and so I am to get my money's worth in all my investments. That means, I am the master of my finances, and never, in any way, allow myself to become a slave of money.

That is exactly my point, being a financial savvy!
