I think a more drawn out answer to the one above would simply be this:
Runescape can really no longer help you if you have been scammed. They cannot really get your account back for you, but only say 'We hope you learn from your mistakes.' When the account changes hands, there is really nothing you can do. Sorry. :/

u cant... runescape says that they cant help if ur account gets stolen... did u set any recovery questions
