Well, I'm pretty sure you have to buy them in seperate packages and stuff...but I mean, you could probably find deals online where they sell them altogether...but so far...they have not made a -Deluxe Edition- or anything of the sort for the Sims 2, only Sims 1. The only combination they did make was -Sims Holiday Edition- that included Holiday stuff, and the base Sims 2 game. Otherwise...you have to get each pack seperately.

Err, I'm not sure what you mean by one swift, but I believe Best Buy has all of them. That's where I bought the original game and most of my expansions from.
Of course, there's always eBay as well. =3
