My car is a 5-speed, and it doe not start. I even tried to push start it and this does not work either>?? Does this mean something is badly wrong with parts inside?

Well, yeah, probably, maybe kinda you left the lights or something on overnight, completely drained the battery?
A lot of times push starting won't help because all the computers and electronics need some power and it's just not enough from the few revolutions your engine gets.
Try jump starting it or better yet put the battery on charger, then maybe go have it checked out.

*Check to see that the key switch is in the "run" position".
*Check the fuel level.
*Check battery charge.
*Check for wires that have become disconnected.
