Worms definitely travel faster. If you ever tried catching them to go fishing, you'd know.

about the same,
but depends on the size of the snail
the snail is more mobile and can go up branches and stems of plants ,
and the earth worm in usual conditions would be moving under the ground in the soil
so the snail in effect is faster

depending on what type of worm. Earthworms are slower because they are digging through the dirt
