I don't think it's possible to measure temperature without a device that measures temperature.

If you suspect a fever you would feel cold and/or have the chills. You can take a fever reducer Like Ibuprofen and it should help in 20 -30 min. If you put a cold washcloth on your wrists or neck it will also lower it.

Well you cannot get the exact tempurature without a thermomater however you can tell if someone is running a fever by touching their forehead and cheeks, if the forehead and cheeks are very hot they are running a fever. You can tell better if you gently touch your lips to their forehead, your lips can feel heat better than your hands.

um... you pretty much need one.. if you go to wal-mart you can get none for about 5 bucks... it's pretty good... you can feel someone with the back of your hand but that's about all you can do... you could go to a doctor if you feel sick or think someone is sick... but the best way is to just go buy one... it'll be handy in the long run.. =) they arne't nto pricey.. 5 bucks isn't nbad.. adn you can keep using it.. I like the little disposable ones.. LOL they are kinda cool.. =)

if you feel the person's forehead and its warmer than usual, they probably have a fever. and often their toes and fingers feel abnormally cold to their warm body.
