When pushed, with no other choice but to kill or be killed I have to side with the Silent master.... Snake Eyes.
Both have ninjitsu training and military training.... and based on that alone I'd say that they'd be equal. However... Ever since his introduction in 1984 Snake Eyes' file card has said he has mastered TWELVE different martial arts where as Storm Shadow has mastered "only" eight!
Simply chalk it up to the fact I'm a nerd from the '80s...

I would say Snake Eyes.
But in fact I am quite troubled. In my old NES G.I.Joe game The number 2, Storm Shadow is a Joe player fighting against Cobra. But in the cartoon ( the original one and Sigma 6 ) he sides with Cobra.
So which side is he really with?
