Honest opinion if for people are using it or have used it. Do not need lies. I know I have used and I the only time I do use it is to listen to the songs but I do not care to burn them to a CD. I would rather spend my money on the songs I want instead of downloading them for free. I do not care to be a freeloader, unless someone gives me a gift. I prefer to spend money because I love to spend it and give it. I do not need to love money because It will not get me into heaven and I can not keep it when I die. So I need honest opinions. I hope this is a good question that i put.

Most of the people that I know of that download music/videos/movies via P2P applications are getting their own "trial period" - if they like what they see/hear, they go buy the disk. The only time I've seen that not happen is when the music company WILL NOT release some type of music (ie: out of print) and it's been impossible to find it used.

The RIAA technically has a legal right to prosecute people who are committing copyright violations. However, they long ago passed all reasonable bounds of privacy protections, garbage lawsuits, coersion, as well as piracy of their own. The lawsuits that they are pushing right now is a big money-maker for them. It's almost as if they don't care about really punishing people, they just want the income stream that's guaranteed by people using P2P apps...

They damaged the lock of my car!! Your not doin anyone no damage listening to some music downloaded off the internet!! Or even watching some movie you downloaded. Hope this helps.
