Personally I couldn't. Especially if they died a violent death...

realators have to disclose violent death if asked in most states ,,,,,,,don't worry about this some 1 dying natural or your chances of finding the right or good home will be limited did you ever consider that during the manufacturing of,,,,,, products in,, or constructed with,, some one may have died on the job,,,,,,,,,,,,maybe making the computer you are using right now

Wouldn't bother me. Death is part of the life cycle, nothing sinister about that (unless it's the violent death you mentioned), but even that wouldn't put me off if I really liked the house. I'm not above using it as leverage to drive down the price I pay though!

I don't think I ever could, again! We didn't realize it until we saw shadows walking through our halls when no one was there. Trust me, it's the creepiest thing to ever happen to someone. I'm so glad that the new apartment we're about to move in is newly remodeled.

But also, if you live in a place like that, my mother told me that you could place a fresh piece of wood in the room with the spirit and it'll go away.
And to my surprise, it actually works.
So if you ever come across a home like that, just remember what i told you. It is pretty scary though.

Yup, I could in fact I do. It was not a violent death however. That'd be a little different.

i use to live in a house in Michigan where 2 people died.it always scared me ,but i was just a kid.they eventually tore the place down.a lot of bad history their.

maybe... if it was a violent death than NO... or someone i knew than NO... but just a random illness than yes
