I don't know if yahoo has a downloadable one but if you get Internet Explorer 7 from yahoo it comes with a popup blocker. Fire Fox 2.0 has one too.

all of the latest browser versions have them installed already.

in internet explorer and firefox click on tools > popup blocker. they come preactivated. the only way for it to be off is to turn it off yourself.

try google and yahoo's toolbars what yahoo's popup blocker doesnt catch google will. its the best.

you shouldn't need to download any because internet explore and firefox have them build in
if you download the yahoo tool bar that's got one to
if you're getting excess pop ups you may have spyware download spybot search and destroy from here http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
that will stop them
