2) Tell of a time you had a deadline you had to meet and how you successfully accomplished it without panicking.
3) You're a hard worker, always eager to learn
4) Tell them about anything you've done that has some relation to the job you're applying for.
5) You would be an asset to their company.
6) Tell them what you're good at.
7) Give a weakness with a positive spin. For example, you need to be busy all the time. It's a weakness because you have difficulty kicking back and relaxing. You like to always have something to do.
8) for above weakness: time management

Answering the questions is important, but even just as important is how you present yourself. If it is an office type job, make sure to wear a buisness style outfit. Don't sit slouched. Don't appear fidgity. If there are multiple people conducting the interview, when you answer, start looking at the person farthest to your left or right, then slowly look at each person until you end on the other side. Look them in their eyes, don't look at the ground. Other than that, just be truthful with the answers to the questions.
For example, question 4 depends solely on your experience, I can't tell you an answer to that.

1) I've always coped well with pressure. In fact I work better when faced with deadlines as I love the challenge.
3) For this q. you should always research the company, find out what they do and mention ways you can contribute (team spirit and communication, hard work etc. are always desired).
