No progress? Was it all a lie that we ousted Saddam? Installed a interim government, which they have since not only had one election but two, where they have selected and voted on their own leaders. Did they not write their own constitution? We disseminated their troops, they are trying to rebuild them. We are only there protecting them to ensure that they get the chance to keep their newly elected government. I won't even go into the infrastructure accomplishments. No progress indeed!
