Seated. The partial conscious projection, semi-projection, or hemi-projection (half of the physical body) of only the para-arms, trunk from the waist up, and para-head outward from the physical body constitutes a seated consciential projection. , this extraphysical position imposes the immediate return of the consciousness to the condition of complete recoincidence (reconnection) with the vehicles of manifestation.

Yes, twice. The first time was during a meditation. I'd been reading books on the topic and was following the instructions. I went above my body and kept floating up til I was up with the stars. The other time was by accident. I was asleep, and I woke up and I was floating in the corner of my bedroom. I could see me and my husband sleeping there. As soon as I realized what I was doing I "snapped" back into my body. The weird thing was that I was laying on my side and my head was near the nightstand. When I went back down, I went "through" the night stand a little and then bounced back. I woke up and sat straight up in bed. This was quite a few years ago and I've been trying recently to do it again.

Yes, many times, but only at work, at a department store I worked at in college during the early 90's.

I would be talking to a customer, and it was like I would zone out and suddenly realize I was floating near the ceiling. I could look down and see everything, including me talking to the customer. As others have said, as soon as I became aware of it, I snapped back into my body. And the customer never had a clue, because I kept talking normally to them, it was SO weird.

It happened a lot, but ONLY at that job. I always wondered if there was something in the store, some kind of magnetic thing or something that caused it. I certainly never did it on purpose - didn't even know I could!

i had been reading a "how to" book on astral travel techniques. i had a friend that was overseas for 6 months at the time & i really missed him. so i coupled some of the doorway techniques described in the book with my focused desire to visit my friend. i can't totally relax sitting up so i went and lay on my bed. i remember feeling light and my body was vibrating like buzzing but i was still aware of being in my room. a picture was trying to form in my mind's eye but the more i tried to focus on it the more out of focus it got. the trick was to let it come not force it. when i finally let go, it was kinda like dreaming. it wasn't like looking at a picture or movie, it was actually being there but without a body. i was moving alongside a little red sedan there were 4 people in the car, 2 males up front, my friend & a girl sitting in the backseat. then in a blink i was inside the front of the car level with the gearstick looking into where my friend was sitting. it was then that i consciously realised what i was doing and was instantly back in my room & i felt my body sit up suddenly and taking in a big gasp of air then i opened my eyes. i had not been aware of any physical senses up to that point. it is a strange experience, and to try to describe is really hard because the words just don't do it justice. anyway, my friend came home a couple of months later and confirmed that he had become friends with 2 guys (1 of whom had a little red car) also had a girlfriend and that the 4 of them spent alot of time together driving around sightseeing. always with he & her in the backseat.

yes i was lying in bed and first i had this sensation that my head was expanding I kept checking the sides of the bed to see was it wider than the bed, suddenly i shot (through the top of my head i think cos it happened so fast) i was attached by an umbilical cord i was flat like a letter and i got posted into a hole in space like a letter box it was very short since then I had a few more out of body experiences that were longer and more interesting that was my first and i didn't try to do it.

do you mean by the spirit leaving the body and travel somewhere then comeback again...? I remember when I was having a terrible fever, when my body was so hot.. and I saw myself leaving my body looking back at my ownself.. then found a hole on the ground and I was travelling into it , keep going deeper until I saw those red lava, into the mantel of the earth and to the core of the earth, then comeback into my body and I woke up..

I'm working on it, at the moment. A good site to visit is http://www.moonfish-design.co.uk/freestuff/
You'll be prompted for a username and password, enter "astral" for the username and "inducer" for the password. Got some interesting stuff, and binaural files for aiding astral projection.

Yes, I had. I had walked in air for some time but in my dream. Only saints who have knowledge filled with spirituality can answer this question. No other damn persons can. Only they can have their souls and bodies at different plces when alive.
