I have 7 Acres and a House and a totally separate Garage. I would like to sell it, but should I divide of sell altogether?

Which ever way you are going to get the most money. That is impossible to tell now. You don't know who might be interested in your property.
Generally you will make the most gross when subdivided, but not always. You also have have the expense of dividing. A lot dependa on where in GA and how hot is the market.

It depends on the real estate climate in your area. Are properties taking a long time to sell? Do you need to sell right away? I would consult your local banker & see what he/she has to say. Go to a local realator & ask the questions you want answered. You don't have to list with the realator to just ask some questions. Tell him you will get back to him.
