How do you marry someone in World of Warcraft?

There is no official marrying in WoW. You can buy a dress or tux for your own fun, but there is no priest that actually marries you and another person. If you want to marry, i'd suggest using a role playing server where I'm sure there would be more people like you that would do a fake wedding. There is no actually World of Warcraft official marriage though.

There is no in-game marriages. People who do play have made arrangements to get married through the game where the bride and groom play characters and have a ceremony.

If you marry, a war will start. The war will be between the two who got married.
