LOTS OF WATER!!! i can not stress this enough!! most ppl think that a 100meter is short so you dont need to much water, but the truth is that it requires just as much as a mile.

stretch properly, make sure ur form is right, and remeber quick step

before a 100 meter dash you should probably go for a jog to warm up. After that it would probably be a good idea to strech about a half hour before your race. then you should go on another jog about 5 minutes before your race so that you are ready.

you should take drink plenty of water or any power drink. Try to feel confident and relax your self to make it easier to concintrate on your dash.
