if you ever use third party companies to get ringtones, wallpaper, etc... you might have unknowingly subscribed to shady phone services... here's an article

Hi, I'm Vero at Phone Sherpa. We hate hearing stories like this. Did you sign up for any free ringtone offers or competitions? Try to remember what sites you went to even if they were not called Blink Cellular. If this is not a legitimate charge that you wanted, you might have been signed up for a paid subscription of some sort if you used a free ringtones site. its hard to say if that is the case. You should contact your carrier customer service to find out more in case it is a recurring charge.

Call you phone company and ask them. It's sounding like someone got slammed. That's when off beat phone company's jump each other for your service. You haven't been solicited for your service.

you should call your service provider and ask. Sometimes they accidentally charged you for something and they might refund you somehow for it.
