After you put on your eyeliner, shadow, and mascara (when you do) put your concealer or foundation on under your eye. Look as far up as you can and dab it (don't rub, that will make it worse) until it blends in, and it should cover the dark circles. Sometimes this will kind of lighten the eyeliner on the bottom, so just reapply it lightly and CAREFULLY.
As for the wrinkles, use a moisturizer every day under your eyes, or even a regenerating lotion (I know its usually for older people, but it will help, I promise)
Also, you say you clean your face every night... See, I didn't know this until a cosmetologist told me, but your not supposed to remove your makeup with soap and water, or even a regular face cleanser/wash. You have to buy something that actually says MAKEUP REMOVER. Otherwise, you don't get ALL of the makeup off, and I guess it stains your skin. (I wear mostly dark eye makeup, too, and I always had dark circles until I started using Makeup REMOVER every day for about 4 days.)
Hope this helped!

I don't know why you need all that makeup for such a young gal. Your face shouldn't even be showing any signs of aging at l3. Just cleansing and using a light blush and lip gloss should be enough to keep ya looking like a beauty. For special occasions a little light color on the lids with a bit of the same color smudged under the eyes for liner. Make sure not to rub the tissue under your eyes or around the eyes for that matter. Use the ring finger to gently tap on color. Try the new mineral makeups on the market. Bare Essentials and Avon has a new one also. They are all natural ingreds. and go on very lightly. They do have good coverage and are a powder, but extremely fine. Ya put them on with a makeup brush and need very little for coverage. Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep. If the dark circles aren't inherited this will help. Drinking a lot of water is really good for the complexion. You won't have to use a makeup remover with the mineral makeup either. Just use a mild cleanser. Try Ivory soap or Dove beauty bar. Rinse thoroughly. Also, don't touch your face with your hands. This transfers bacteria to the face.

I have hereditary dark circles under my eyes, so I feel your pain. Buy eye makeup remover, that way you can be sure you get all the makeup off. Be sure to get a decent amount of sleep. About 3 times a week, I mix a bit of Knox gelatin and water and put it under my eyes and leave it on for about 30 minutes. If you do that for awhile it should lighten them up.

I am 13 too, and all I wear is mascara, natural tone eyeshadow, and sometimes blush. I think a 13 year old should not be wearing black everything. I think all that black under your eyes all the time is making your eyes darker and darker! stop with all the black please and be normal! use eye cream to help with all the damage you have caused... concealer will help it for everyday-ness, but from now on, go lighter, or even no black below the eye! if you need more tips, you can e-mail me at cheekee_monkee_81893@yahoo.com
I am 13 too!

Be sure to use an under eye moisterizer every nite. And don't tug on your eye area when you are applying the eyeliner. I use a liquid eyeliner so it glides on smoother. Hope this helps.

Could just be age (idk how old u are). Also if you rub your concealer (if you wear any) under your eyes instead of gently tapping all over, you're prone to geting these wrinkles you're talking about.
