How long will standard flat rate shipping take if i live in CA. and the item is being shipped from MA.?

if somebody could help me out that would be great. i need to know how long because i need the item before March 30. so if somebody could be very specific that would be great. Thanks!

It could take longer than normal since they're having bad weather. I have an item shipping from NY that was shipped standard flat last Tuesday, the 13th and I have not received it yet. I'm in TN.
