There are a million things, most of which aren't serious, but some can get that way if you don't treat them And like everything there are a couple long shot more serious things, but even those are highly treatable ,especially if you take care of it sooner not later. So I'd definately go to the MD and get labs done. Blood work should tell most anything. I had a similar thing which I foolishly ignored thinking it was just stress and it ended up I was severely anemic (and a couple other vitamin levels were off). Because I waited so long it took me awhile to feel better...so the sooner you go, the sooner they'll figure out what it is with you and the sooner you'll feel better.

But whatever you do don't try to diagnose yourself....there are literally dozens of things it could be. Just play it safe, find out what it is, and get it fixed. And most likely it is something that won't be serious long as you don't ignore it.

Good luck and hope you feel better soon!

It's possible that you have something "wrong" with you (medically). You should go see your doctor.

I would think an energy drink would help you. However, if you are concerned about your health, then you should know, most of the popular energy drinks on the market have a lot of sugar and caffeine in them, which are bad for you. They will give you a quick "boost" then you "crash".

I drink an energy drink that is healthy for you, works in 10-15 minutes after drinking it, lasts for several hours, and is a lot less expensive than those other energy drinks. It comes in a powder form ("on the go" packet) so you can mix it with 8 oz. of water or other beverage.

After drinking these drinks for several months (daily), I feel so much better. Also, I have some friends that like to work out and they say that it is the best thing for them.

You can find them at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

Consult with your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
