there is no easy fast pregnancy lol. it will be difficult at times {for every woman}, and i believe all pregnancies last around 8-9 months long lol. sry!

Do all the things you normally would(I'm assuming you mean feel fast-cuz nothing you do will actually make it shorter) Work, enjoy life, don't do countdowns, exercise, and eat right.
You need to clarify-I saw other answers you mean you are pregnant or you want to get pregnant?

Have lots and lots of intercourse and there are several postitions to help like a guy on top with your legs on his shoulders. Hope that helps.
