Where in Arizona will you be? The north differs from the south a lot. If you'll be in Tucson or Phoenix I suggest you look up local clubs and bars and see if there's going to be any shows that you'd like to see during the days you'll be there. If not, there's lots of natural attractions here: the Grand Canyon, the Painted Desert, Saguaro National Park, the Wave, Cathedral Rock, ghost towns, Lake Mead, Mexico..

I recommend visiting Sedona (it's on the way to Grand Canyon). Even if you only drive through--the rocks are beautiful and the scenic road goes through Oak Creek Canyon.
