Well that is a tough question well Naruto has almost unlimited Chakara because the Nine tail fox gives him power and is very stupid but amazing at a lot of things that are advanced. Rock lee can open the gates also giving him a lot of Chakara but has no gin or nin jutus so he sucks. Saskue can be like the next hokage he has moves nobody on his level has so he is amazing plus besides kackashi he is the only one with the sharigin gun. Nenji and Hinta are almost the same but you have to give credit to Hinta for overcoming her fear so Hinta is amazing. Garra has good moves but he is just to stupid to just have sand and earth type jutuses and nothing else which sucks. Shino is very good with his goo ki gin ki of the bug master but if you get rid of the bugs he is dies.
really the best i would have to say is Naruto because if he learns any more jutuses for the secret scroll he will be unstoppable.
P.S. this is just the best ninjas in the show for me.

I would have to say Hinata because she's really nice and kind. The best moves would have to go to Sasuke because he's down right AWESOME!! His chidori is really strong and he has stealth. The person I hate the most is Sakura(before the arc) because she's all... Well... Trying to be someone she's not. She thinks she's all brave and stuff but she's not(Especially that time she cut her hair, that was a stupid move because she could've jabbed the kunai into Kin's stomach.). That's what I think though...

my favorite naruto character is saske because he's really cute to be a cartoon character. Naruto has the best moves because he always seems to make it work out. I love Naruto

If you ask me, brains beats brawn. What's the point if you have a ton of techniques under your belt if you get beat to the draw because your opponent was 3 steps ahead?
