I got really lactose intolerant when I was pregnant. I spoke with my doc and pharmasist and they recommended that I take a calcium supplement, or take a Dairy digestive aid before eating cheese or ice cream. it helped and after birth, I was able to have dairy again

Like someone else said it's not the actual milk that you need just the calcium and vitamin d. I am 5 mths pregnant and can't stand milk. I never did. What you can do to replace it though is what I did. Try orange juice with calcium and vitamin D. It taste a alot better and contains what you you would get from the milk. And try other things that contain the two nutrients as well.

i dont know what it means maybe your milk is old if your worried about your calcium intake and ways to get it talk with your ob about taking a calcium supplement pill so that the baby doesnt feed off your calcium stores in your bones and lead to osteoporosis in old age but seriously talk to your ob about it and see what she recommends besides eating higher calcium fruits and veggies does cheese do the same thing when you eat it? it may be something about the pregnancy and the compostion of the milk that your tummy doesnt agree with so try cheese go low fat and eat strawberries and get a recommendation from your ob about the supplement for days you cant eat a pound of cheese or whatever the case may be good luck

So just eat foods that contain the same nutrients. You don't need MILK, you need vitamin D and calcium, etc.
