The fastest way to get to Earls Court from Heathrow airport is to take the London Underground (subway). It's a straight shot on the Piccadilly line from the airport - you don't have to change trains or anything. Your hotel is near the Earls Court station (I've had friends who stayed there).

The Piccadilly line runs from the terminal at Heathrow to central London. It's VERY easy to find and very inexpensive. A taxi from Heathrow would be a small fortune.

The Earls Court station is on the Piccadilly line. The ride from Heathrow should take about 40 minutes. The hotel claims to be a 3 minute walk from the station. I'd suggest you take a taxi from there because of the late hour and you'll probably be carrying luggage.

You didn't say which airport you will be arriving at but you can get a train from the airport to a downtown station (its fast and cheaper than a cab from the airport) then take a cab from the train station to your hotel (that's what we did). The Heathrow train goes to the Victoria Station (tube) downtown in about 30 minutes and then its a short cab ride to Earls court.

Check these web sites for train schedules and fares.

There are Express trains from both Heathrow and Gatwick. However, it's cheaper (but slower) to take the Tube.

Use the link to plan your trip. I strongly suggest getting an "Oyster Card" (rail pass) for each person. It makes using the Tube & buses much easier.
