Pentium was abandoned by Intel a while ago and I've never seen it paired with Core Duos anywhere in the name. The difference between Core Duo and Core 2 Duo is Core 2 Duo is 64-bit, and Core Duo is 32-bit.

the guy above me is retarded and doesnt knwo what he's talking about. your reffering to the same thing, core duo is the branding of intel's offereings of dual core procesors, depending on where you buying them from, the sotres may refer to them with these names interchangably, the only difference is between core duo, and core 2 duo, shere core 2 duo is a newer more cost effective and overall better chip.
