pre paid credit cards?

idno really kno wat a credit card is but....
i wanna get m own cell phone plan without realiying on ma parentz sooo im wonder if pre paid cards or pre paid visa or watever it is if i can get my own cell phone plan with one???? and if i can which card company???
......i want to get a cingular plan.....

Call the cell company some carriers dont need them. They not let you have one without a letter from your folks. They to know that the bill will be paid...
