You didn't give us much to go on and all the other answers make assumption about what you have on your computer that may make those answers unuseable.
Go to your ISP 's website and log into your web mail. This is how you use email when away from home. Once in your acct look for Spam/Filter settings. When you get there you should see a section where you can block the domain of this annoying email. Problem solved you never get one from them again.
Note that this answer assumes nothing and pretty much follows standard ISP practice and has a 99 percent chance of working

It sounds like either you or someone has signed up to Freecycle.
Try logging into yahoo groups, in there click Manage then Edit My Groups.
There you can set how you receive messages from that group whether Individual Emails, Daily Digest, Special Notices or No Email. If you check the box you can leave the group.

Sometimes these spammers do not give the option of 'opt out' in their emails. Another option that you may want to consider, especially if the spammer has been a real nuisance, is to let the officials know by email. Visit ... http://www.ic3.gov/crimeschemes.aspx

Go to options in your email in box page, look for Block Addresses, and type the email address you want blocked in the place provided & click on Block or some such word.

normally at the bottom of the page it will say email a certain address to stop the meails otherwise reply to the address that they are from with n email asking them to stop!
