Up until Nov. 7th 2006 mid terms, and The Jan. 4/5th Swear In, Bush's Executive Authority, Power, and Priveledge RULED SUPREME. //// Before the Dems Won the Majority of House and Senate, Many of the Repubes(many booted out) were nothing more than "Rubber Stamps" Any thing that was for The Good of The People, seemed to be Ignored by the Once Rep, majority who were instructed, coerced, Bribed into Aggreeing or Voting in favor of Admin. Agenda which was SOLELY to The ADVANTAGE of His ILLUMINATI Buddies, i.e. Corp, - Oil - Banking . - Military - New World Order. ., etc..// Bushe and some of his STAMPS Passed and/or WROTE Into LAW a Bill )the Patriot Act ? -- that Military Bill ? Sorry. ) Nevertheless IT was ENACTED at 2:30(mol) in The MORNING ... Two-Thirty A.M. Worse Than That It was Just Before Majority of Congress Returned to D.C. after Being on a RECESS because of X-MAS HOLIDAYS. So Folks Mr. Fascist-Monkey-Puppet Making His OWN Laws with NO OVERSIGHT from Congress Members and ZERO SAY from The American PEOPLE !! The Judicary ,, Right in The PALM of Self-Proclaimed Decider.. Many High Power Positions FILLED by DADDY Geo. Busche Sr. When He was "PLACED" into the WHYteHouse.. So BEFORE The NEW Congress , ( THANK GOD !! ) bushie was batting 3 for 3. That IS NOT the WAY THIS GOVT WORKS, georgieBoy... This Govt, is BY THE PEOPLE.... THE PEOPLE ARE The GOVERNMENT !! They are suppose to be even presidential,congressional and judicial. However the judicial has stepped forward recently to take land away from people who are prominent citizens who have been model people. To give thier land to buisiness's and this is a direct violation of our constitution. Not to mention starving a woman to death who left no living will.

it's supposed to be evenly split (checks and balances) but the executive branch has been getting more powerful lately (signing statements etc)

Congress controls the purse strings, thats why they have all the power!

At this point in time the Judicial. Activist judges are setting social policy and that is not a good thing. Term limits for judges should be a priority.
