It hasn't; people all over the world still blame the Jews for everything. Just ask a PLO member.

Let's see: Europe was a economic and physical disaster (check any history book, or the WW2 series by Time/Life). After the war, many Jewish Europeans were granted land in the newly formed country of Israel (which wasn't really new, but had been renamed for the Jewish citizenry); unfortunately, Palestinians and other people already lived there. ("Addicted To War," Joel Andreas, 2005.) The cold war began because of how the post-Holocaust continent of Europe was split up; naturally, Russia wanted more. (Stalin and his cronys pretty much bankrupted the Communist regime, and they needed new sources of revenue.) Just about all of the industrialized countries, and not a few un-or under-industrialized countries, began building up arms as a deterrent, including the introduction of the nuclear weapon. To this day, we are still dealing with the effects of that... And, of course, the Jewish race was reduced by 6 million people, not counting the ones who died after the war in Europe ended.

there was a large diaspora of jews around the world, including the u.s., the nation of israel was created in 1947 in the land formerly known as palestine to create a homeland for the jews, there is more concern (at least within political discourse, though of course, not action) for matters of genocide.
