You are not wrong to be worried about him - this show you cares for him, he just cranky at that time - forgive him.
It could be that he having a bad time or big pressure at work, trying to finish the work asap so that he can be home by 6 pm.
Talk to him how you feel.. and get to know what situation make him so mad.

You were not wrong, he should have called if he was gonna be late, common courtesy. Sometimes if my boyfriend is 10-15 minutes late I start to worry and I call him, Im a worry-wart, lol, but he never gets mad at me. I'm worried about him, making sure he didn't get into an accident or anything like that, not calling to make sure he isn't with other women, he had no right to get mad...the only reason I can think of to get mad is cause he is hiding something.

If my husband was 5 hours late getting home and hadnt called, u can bet I would call and see whats up.
U had every right to call. I would have been worried sick.

Since he got mad, I would question why he did? Is he hiding something?

Good luck to u.

That all depends on if you call him constantly at work if you do then yeah he has a right to get mad he probably thinks your always checking up on him, it also depends on what he does, is he available to take personal calls or is he on the run all the time , also it depends on what he said when you called and how he said it. but if you call him on a regular basis and he never usually gets mad and for some reason today he got mad then he is just being a *** and he needs to get over himself

No, but I'm curious to know why he got mad. That is kind of "controlling". It's almost suspicious too, considering I bet if you were missing for a few hours, he'd be calling you to see if you were dead or alive. He needs to grow up. If he was gonna be late, HE should have called, and you wouldn't have to!

You were not wrong in anyway. Your tone may have a little to play in it but other than that everything was good. He should be proud that someone cares about him so much. Not alot of people have loved ones to call and make sure everythings ok.

ok in a while could be 2 hours 6 hours or 8 hours , 6 hours means nothing 8 hours mean something get my drift. Him being angry if you called after 2 I could understand, after 6 maybe he could be angry, after 8 you need to do some talking.

No, you were not wrong for worrying about him. Tell him if the tables were turned would he have call you. Maybe you should do the same thing to him and see how he feels about it.

It depends.

a. Was it 6:01?
b. Did you say "Where the ^%$^ are you?"
c. Was he in the middle of an important meeting?
d. Do you call frequently to check up on him?

If any of the above are true, then I can see where he might be aggravated at you. Otherwise, he should be thankful that his wife cares about him.
