This is just a more specific version of the expression, 'power corrupts'.
Beauty is both rare and sought-after. This makes it valuable. And to possess something of value is to wield a certain power. Valuable things tend also to bring out the worst in some people: greed, envy, remorse... and that's just for starters.
This is arguably particularly so for people, who are thrust into an awareness of their attractiveness long before most have a chance to develop an identity and moral system completely separate from this quality.
This can make being a beautiful person a mixed blessing, at best - I have known many completely gorgeous people completely bemoan their condition. They are forced to see the ugliness of others (both physical and spiritual) and often feel themselves soiled by this objectification. And while it seems a simple thing for most of us to just abandon such power where it becomes a trouble, many of these people have learned to fear giving up control.
This is probably one of the more obvious ways in which gifts can destroy their possessor. It's hard to be good when you need to struggle just to be yourself.

It all depends if the beauty is boisterous or humble . If is boisterous will be unlikely to have goodness , since a boisterous beauty is selfish and egocentric witch is devoid of goodness , but if the beauty is of a humble character , it can have plenty of goodness and lucky the person that have found both in some one else , I have !!!

Partly because power corrupts, and great beauty is very powerful. And also because goodness often arises from having faced and survived adversity, and many beautiful people have lived easy lives.
