I was watching ghostbusters and I thought, if those guys keep hunting ghosts, when they die and go to the place people go when they're dead, well, ghosts are gonna be SO pissed off at them! So, it's not very wise to catch ghosts, since you're bound to become one yourself someday... Right?

No, because not everyone becomes ghosts. Most people will go to heaven when they die. I figure the Ghostbusters are only catching malevolent spirits - that is, people who were evil in life and haven't crossed over. Or perhaps they are spirits of people with unfinished business like revenge. Either way, they don't have to worry about winding up with them because I'm sure they all think they're going to pass through the Pearly Gates!
