I'm doing a speech about guinea pigs and need to know what they are like.?

My guinea pig was very attention centered. He would make a high-pitched 'Wheek!" sound to ask for food or play.
He drank a lot of water, we used a rabbit-sized bottle so he was never out and he loved watermellon and carrots. He needed his nails trimmed once a month. When we got him from the petstore he had ear mites and we had to take him to an exotic vet. Guinea pigs like to "barber" the little hairs on your arm, or the hair on another pig. They need to have their teeth monitored so they don't over grow. They need vitamin C
They can learn to use a litter tray.
Some other cultures eat them.
