Would it makes sense if I were to convert my last 5 yrs income from Malaysia to US dollar then Sg dollar ?

Since the Malaysian Ringgits has appreciated against UD $ but not Sg dollar.

I dont agree with the idea.. u can just convert directly to singpore dollar..
not practical nowdays..
