I like this guy and I'm 97% sure he doesn't like me back. I know he doesn't like me back. I know that you can't force someone to like you, but is there anything I can do to try to get him to like me? We're pretty good friends, and I don't like him for his looks or other shallow reasons, but I like him for who he is and his personality. He thinks of us more like brother and sister and nothing more. Is there anyway to try and get him to get past that? I don't want to tell him that I like him or drop any hints because even though I wouldn't mind if it went farther, I like where we're at. I'm really shy and he's loud and pretty outgoing.

Thank you for all the advice! But just one thing- I think I've got more guy friends then girl ones, so I don't think talking to another guy in front of him would work very well. Thank you though!

You've either got to let him know or he's not going to know.
Ask him out on a date. It can be just as friends, but it may give you and him a chance to see if you're "meant for" each other.

walk up to him, look into his eyes and say' kiss me'..... if he says no......reply 'just kidding' if he responds...w'hey you're in there girl...... can't fail either way... good luck..

try flirting with him with him dont make it to obvious. touch his shoulder etc... try to hang out with him alone...........c how he reacts.............try going out with someone else that might make him jealous...talk about another boy infront of him............have inside jokes with him.......... hug him tightly c his reaction...........i realy hope i helped
