Put them in lemonade instead of water... sounds weird but it does work. My gran used to do it and so does my mum.

Depends I n the flower... All flowers need to be cut before putting them in a vase. You should always disinfect your case before putting flowers into it. 7up in the water will help them live longer. Flowers need carbs and need bacteria killed, the sugar and citric acid in the 7up will do that for you. Every couple of days clean the case out and add fresh water and 7up to the case and trim the ends of your flowers at least a quarter inch. Some flowers just naturally live longer than others but this should get you a lot of life out of your flowers. Another tip is if you have irises so not put them in tap water, use drinking or distilled water the chlorine/fluoride in city water will kill them quickly.

put a little (and i do mean only a drop) bleach in the water as this kills the bacteria that speed up the wilting, but not the flowers. Also cut the bottom of the stems diagonally so they can suck up more liquid.

like the others stated, you introduced weed to college. That became purely a factor of it. you probably did the splendid concern status as much as the soccer famous man or woman in view that he raped the lady. i'm no longer too beneficial what else to declare, i think sorry for you, the only concern that concerns now's that became the previous, you could make the main suitable out of now, make extra appropriate judgements, there are lots of ladies available, lots which will recommend extra to you than the lady a decade in the past. initiate looking around, circumstances are tight, yet desire is by no ability misplaced. Take care.

Two things I've tried that work. Drop a copper coin in the bottom of the vase [penny] . Add single aspirin tablet to the water

pop a copper penny in the vase - if they are tulips or gerberas pin prick the head of the stem to allow thetrapped air to escape... trim the stems at an angle at the point of the knobbly bits,

Trim again, then put an aspirin in the water. I know this is for roses.
