Take a broom and sweep it out of the house OR take a vase or bottle and set it on top of it until someone gets there to kill it for you.

Girl you got to git up and kill the damn thing no matter how scared and gross it is. If you don't you know for a fact you'll probably wake up with it on you or something. I know if you kill it now you'll feel better. Then call an exterminator ASAP! Cause where there's one there's 1,000 more somewhere. Plus if you decided to wait for a man to come save you from the c/r you'll die of starvation. No I'm not a man hater I just know that most will make you wait a month.

The best and easiest thing to do is to get a can of hair spray and put it on it. It will freeze up after a few seconds and die. My uncle told me about this when my aunt brought home a cockroach in the shopping bag.

Put a glass over it and wait for boyfriend to get home. That's what I do. When we moved into a new apartment in the ghetto once, I used all my cups in the cabinet to put over all the bugs. I was literally surrounded by upside down glasses on the floor and muttering to myself when my boyfriend finally came home and saved me. Good luck.

just ignor the cockroach, it is just a part of nature and harmless. Did you know they do fly. Just relax and realise they are living just as you are. No need to be scared now.

Your not home alone. If you turn off the light you'll find that you have more than ONE cockroach. Goto walmart and get raid roach BAIT. ( not the spray) The bait is the ONLY thing I've found that works.

Ok, I've perfected the art of killing roaches from across the room. Get the bug spray for wasps and hornets. It shoots like a mile and kills them just dead as shoes or anything else.

I immediately head to the computer and misspell words. I find that it confuses the cockroaches and they leave dismayed and disgusted.

To get rid of cockroach, use cockroach pest control.

Don't use sprays of any kind. Use boric acid in the powder form. It works. And it is very safe for humans.
