The only thing President Bush had to do with 9-11 is protect our Country after it happened.

Only this: When Bush took office he rescinded an order to have bulletproof doors leading to cockpits installed in airplanes. The doors are heavy and the airlines complained and Bush, ever the businessman let it go, just another Clinton thing he hated, not a big deal at the time. It was done to prevent the hijackings that were common at the time. I don't think he knew about a plan to use planes as bombs, he was just helping big business.

You couldn't have prevented 9/11 fanatics simply would have done it again until we would have had a 8/17 or a 4/23, one of the hallmarks of a fanatic is that they don't know when to stop.
I find all this blame Clinton stuff too childish as if 9 months later Bush still didn't have a handle on such important things as terrorist attacks, how long before he should have taken blame? Kennedy was responsible for Bay of Pigs only 30 days after he took office and Clinton was in office in January 1993 and the first world trade center bombing took place February 23 1993 and yet he never blamed that, on Bush One, nor does anyone else and that was only one month later. And the perpetrators are in jail.

yes and absolutely.
When 9/11 occurred I saw the interviews with the flight instructors that trained the terrorists. they reported to the CIA that they had some students that concerned them, they were more interested in flying than landing. An investigation was started but nothing came of it. Since then it's been disclosed that those investigations were closed and the investigators reassigned without finishing the job. one of the investigators claimed that he was told the case was closed from higher up. I don't know who's over the CIA except GWB.
I believe that GWB knew there was going to be an attack on America, maybe not when or where, and made sure it was allowed to happen. It galvanized the people behind him and allowed him to get the Patriot Act pushed through which greatly expanded his scope of powers. Restructured the chain of command for better communication between resources, Katrina showed how well that worked. Got us into a war whose purpose and goals aren't that clear, what does seem clear is that the fact we are at war seems more important than why we are at war.
Personally, I believe that GWB created an image of how he wanted to be remembered as a world leader and he manipulated the American people to fulfill his own agenda.
Could it have been prevented if CIA hadn't been called off? I absolutely believe that and doubt if much would have been known about it other than they napped some potential hijackers.

Everybody agrees that 9/11 could have been prevented all the way back to the previous administration................and No I do not think Bush had anything to do with 9/11, that is a conspiracy theory that if it were true could never have been supressed by the media.

If GWB was not in the White House then, 9/11 may still be their thing in their mind, however, not necessarily be executed so sweetly when they saw the arrogance came from this administration.

So, to your question, the answer is a YES.

It was American voters who killed those in 9/11, and all those in the wars of those two countries.

The people that bear the most blame are the independents, who helped to tip the scales in the elections.

First, I don't for one minute believe that Bush had anything to do with 9/11 This is preposterous! As for preventing it, Yes! If the previous Administration had faced up to its responsibilities and recognized we already had an enemy freely entering our country and allowed to remain undocumented. While their brothers outside the country were blowing up our ships and facilities - all this was done without a murmur from our precious Dems. and no investigations by the GOP?

No. 9-11 could have been prevented when we had an opportunity in 1998 to kill bin Laden and destroy those bases in Afghanistan.

FOR THE LAST TIME NO, BUSH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH 9/11. As far as preventing, you'd have to ask Bill Clinton as GWB had only been in office 8 months when 9/11 happened.

bush had nothing to do with 911 or could he have prevented it. Clinton should have done something about it while he was in office. but he was too busy with Monica

As if it could of been prevented. how many time before 911 was the world trade center hit by terrorists, i think it was 3 times i believe. they were just waiting till they could do the most damage, and they thought of using planes. how could we have prevented that, even if they tried that the first time.
