well, keep in mind that not all men are horn dogs, most of them are just immature and weren't raised the right way. Some of them just don't respect women and some are just trying to be cool, because in some part of their mind something is telling them that women like it. That's mainly because they might have grown up with the wrong message, I mean some girls were raised to tease guys, so guys think that girls like it when they act like that.
(just a guess I don't know this for sure) Maybe guys hormones race a little bit more than girls and they can't really control it. But that still doesn't mean that they can't control their actions.

That doesn't mean they can't control themselves.
If you are talking about cheating, just keep in mind that these men are cheating with willing women, so somewhere, there must be women as horny as these men.
It's not a gender or a hormone issue, it's a character issue.
There is nothing wrong with wanting, hot, frequent, daily sex with one's wife.
Where it becomes a problem is when wifey keeps saying no, but does nothing to take care of her husband's legitimate emotional needs.

God's intention was for men to desire the woman and become fruitful. Somewhere along the line, the desire over-ran the become fruitful part. I like round booties.

Men have higher sex drives due to their higher levels of testosterone. They also have the desire to spread their seed and father as many kids as possible its an evolutionary trait
